West End Grill and Pub 

Some venues have a metaphysical quality that’s hard to capture and impossible to fabricate. The Romans call it genius loci, or “the spirit of the place”. West End Grill and Bar, warmly known by CWE locals as WEGAP, has it. It’s exemplary of its kind. What a way to kick off CWEA’s 2017 First Friday Happy Hours!
