CWEA MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
RESIDENT MEMBERSHIPS
There are different levels of CWEA residential memberships, starting at as little as $5/month, and up to $1000 annually. You can choose to pay monthly or annually. Credit card fees are included.
In addition to supporting all the great programs the CWEA hosts, including our Annual 4th of July Parade, Annual Easter Egg Hunt, and our Annual Awards Gala, members also receive two tickets to our monthly First Friday Happy Hours. Tickets include a complimentary drink and light appetizers.

BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS
Business memberships are based on company size. The CWEA can help promote your services, events, and special offers to CWE residents and visitors via our website and our monthly e-newsletters.
Central West End Association Business member benefits include:
- A space on the CWEA online business directory. Promote your business by creating a special offer for CWEA Resident Members.
- Two complimentary tickets to our First Friday Happy Hours, hosted at a different CWE business each month, where business owners can mingle with CWE residents
- CWEA Business Members can send out their news or events in our monthly e-newsletter emails that reach 2,500+ subscribers
- CWEA business members can also send us events/news releases to post on our social media accounts
The current level of growth and development throughout the Central West End is attracting new residents, businesses, and entrepreneurial energy to our neighborhood. This is an exciting time to live and/or work in the CWE. It's also more essential than ever that we have a strong, effective neighborhood association to help us understand and manage the impacts of this growth. The Central West End Association was created in 1958 by residents who believed that when neighbors join forces on matters of shared importance, the neighborhood becomes a better place to live, work, and visit. For nearly 50 years, the CWEA has been a volunteer organization that provides residents and local businesses with resources to keep our neighborhood strong, beautiful, safe, and prosperous.
