2017 CWE Home and Garden Tour - Tickets can only be purchased on site June 10 and June 11 - $25 each

The premier historic home tour in the region returns with the Mansions of Fullerton's Westminster Place! Experience the opulence of these magnificent private homes and  celebrate the street's 125th anniversary. The tour includes the childhood home of poet TS Eliot as well as other rarely seen residences. Spend a lovely day in the Central West End exploring this elegant, tree lined private street. 

Friday June 9th Preview Party - Don't miss the 2017 CWE House Tour Preview Party celebrating the 125th anniversary of Fullerton's Westminster Place! Mayor Krewson will kick off the Preview Party with dedication of a plaque and proclamation celebrating the 125h Anniversary of Fullerton's West Minister Place. Eleven homes will be open during the preview party! Only ten are open the weekend of the house tour. Some homes have exclusive levels open to Preview Party Ticket Holders only. Buy tickets online.  This special event will feature all of the tour homes as well as a few special homes open exclusively for the party. There will be live music, great food and even a swag bag! So don your "cocktails in the garden" attire and join the fun! (Tickets $100 each, does not include entry into homes on Saturday/Sunday.) 

Tickets for this year's home tour are no longer for sale online but can be purchased on site for $25 each

No refunds. The tour will be held rain or shine.


Saturday & Sunday June 10th and 11th: 
There will be NO parking available on Westminster Place or at the Royal Vagabonds home on Saturday/Sunday. 
The CWEA provides free parking and shuttle service running continuously from the CORTEX lot (address below) from 9:30am-4:30pm on Saturday/Sunday.

Weekend Parking Update! 

The NEW CORTEX Parking lot is located at

4320 Forest Park Ave
St. Louis, MO 63108

Parking here is FREE. The CORTEX lot is located at the intersection of Duncan and Boyle Ave behind the CORTEX Innovation Community (marked OGSystems St. Louis on the map below.) 

A reminder there is to be no parking on Westminster Place or at the Royal Vagabonds home during the weekend tour. 

Signage nearby will help lead you to the proper lots. The FREE CWE Home Tour shuttle bus will take you from the CORTEX parking lot to the registration desk at the intersection of Westminster/Newstead to exchange you confirmation email/tickets for entry wrist bands. 


The registration desk is located at Westminster/Newstead. The HOME TOUR shuttle will drop off at the registration desk. All ticket holders
who purchased tickets online will show their confirmation email (printed or on a smartphone) at the desk to exchange their ticket for a wrist band. 

Those who hold physical tickets from Straub's or Left Bank Books will exchange their ticket at the registration desk for a wrist band. 

No one will be allowed into a home without a wrist band. 


Additional items available for purchase: 

- $5 VIP Food tickets will be available to purchase as long as supplies last. Take a break in our WHOLE FOODS MARKET CAFE
located at 4315 Westminster on Sat/Sun where you can get a half sandwich, fruit salad, chips and water for $5 while supplies last. 

- Custom HOME TOUR 2017 Candles made by CANDLE FUSION STUDIO will be available for purchase at the Preview Party on Friday and at the registration desk while limited supplies last. 
8 oz candle for $18. 

Checks, cash and credit cards will be accepted. 



We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
