-This challenge is designed to help you achieve noticeable results by spring, but more importantly to create sustainable lifestyle habits for the rest of your life!
-$29 includes before and after assessment via body composition tests, 3 seminars = 5 total visits
-Challenge runs from January 6th - March 31st - Late entries are welcome, but no later than January 31st understanding of course that it reduces your time for the challenge.
-Accountability will be provided within our class structure/program and attendance will be posted in the lobby.
-Includes nutritional guidelines which will be provided on or before January 6th, and three seminars (nutrition, mobility and stretching, and on-the-go-workouts) which will be held on January 27th, February 17th, and March 10th from 2:30-3:30 PM
-Goal is to attend 3-5 Private or Semi Private Training Sessions, or Formula Total Body or Strength Classes per week, and follow the nutritional guidelines which will be provided
-Initial and Final Assessment includes Body Composition on the inbody 170. Initial Assessment to be held January 6th from 2:30PM-4:30PM. Final Assessment to be held March 31st from 2:30PM-4:30PM. Before and after photos are optional.
-Must have applicable pass or plan that allows you access to three workouts per week at the Studio. If you have a pass or plan that only gives you access to 1 or 2 workouts per week, you can enter, but must commit to 3-5 quality workouts combined with workouts at our Studio. We can only guarantee the best results for those who attend our highly effective group training classes or private/semi-private sessions! Prizes to be awarded based on biggest change in body composition, frequency of workouts, and seminar attendance. Winners will be picked by our panel of expert judges!!
